My stay at this hotel was fantastic. The room I stayed in was comfortable, clean, and had a great-sized bathroom. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a quiet and relaxing pool area that offered beautiful views of the lake. The free shuttle bus down to Garda was a convenient transportation option, allowing me to explore the city easily. The hotel's location on the hill on the way down to Garda was perfect, with a fabulous restaurant just a 2-minute walk away, offering delicious food and a lovely atmosphere. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The view from my bedroom window.
I went for breakfast at 7.30a.m. and and left the piece of papewr DO NOT DISTURB. I returned at 8.00a.m. whereas on the floor just outside the room there where clean towels in a plastic bag. I collected, removed the paper and ten minutes after left the hotel. To my surprise when I returned later in the evening I noticeed that the maid did not do my room...........pity.

quiet and relaxing pool area with nice views of the lake.
the cleaners starting their daily room cleans at 8.30 am. they were very loud and we thought it was too early for holiday makers. breakfast buffet was very poor and a very poor selection of foods/breakfast juice etc. we also did not realise the distance from the lake and thought it was i bit far however we did avail of the free shuttle during the day when returning from the lake.

The Residence Panorama in Costermano was a pleasant surprise. the value for money was excellent. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the stunning view from the rooms with balconies. The hotel is situated on a hill, on the way down to Garda, providing a picturesque location. The service provided by the staff was also commendable, with attention to detail evident in their approach. The basic amenities were provided and the rooms, though equipped with antiquated furniture, were clean and comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast served each morning was satisfying and ensured a good start to the day.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

The hotel had a decent swimming pool where we could chill after a day of exploring. the view from the balcony was pretty nice too.
The downside was that it was almost impossible to dig up any useful information in English on the area and getting around. the hotel wasn't very close to the town centre, so we had quite a trek in either direction.

Great views and refreshing pool. The breakfast is absolutely superb and sets you up for the day. The hotel is in close proximity to the city center and local attractions, which is ideal for business travelers.
The rooms are quite dated and in need of refurbishment. The AC in the room needs to be checked, as there were some issues with the temperature.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel nestled on a hillside overlooking the stunning Lake Garda. The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices without compromising on quality. The attention to detail is evident throughout, from the well-appointed rooms with amazing views and antiquated furniture to the lovely balconies where you can relax and soak in the picturesque surroundings. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, ensuring that guests felt welcome and well taken care of. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from, setting you up for a day of exploration in the beautiful area. I was particularly impressed with the location of the hotel, as it is conveniently situated on the way down to Garda, making it easy to access the town and enjoy all it has to offer.
All was more than okay, making this hotel a delightful choice.
